The qualified engineers at IQE undertakes Vendor assessment/Shop audits to provide the client’s with required information about the manufacturer’s technical & quality system capabilities to meet their product specific/service requirements.

It includes assessment of current / projected workload and equipment capabilities, material and service control processes, management structure, welding and fabrication procedures, quality management system, Quality assurance audit, Verification of handling and storage of materials, Verification of personnel qualification, hardware and software resources, Verification of the workshop facilities and manufacturing techniques, Verification of non-destructive testing procedures, Verification of safety parameters system implementation.

• Deputation of qualified personnel having hands-on experience in the manufacturing processes.
• Carry out assessments of vendor’s manufacturing capabilities to the satisfaction of the client.
• Assess the technical proficiency & quality system implementation to meet the product specific / service requirements.
